With the option of Extended Support Meridio offers a minimum of 5 years of product support for our releases.

Mainstream Support for Meridio versions is provided for 3 years or 1 year after the successor product (N+1) is released, whichever is longer.

Extended Support is available (at an additional cost) for a further 2 years or 1 year after the second successor product (N+2) is released, whichever is longer.

In addition, Online Self Help Support is available for a minimum of 5 years after the original release date.

Mainstream Support Period (3 years or 1 year after N+1)
Extended Support Period (2 years or 1 year after N+2)
Self Help Support Period (5+ years)

The extent of support provided during the different phases of the support lifecycle is summarized as follows:

Product Enhancement Requests Access to online information, including Knowledge Base
Raising Support Calls by phone, email or Web
Hotfixes available for P1 calls

Service Releases, containing a number of fixes for recognized issues, are made available for supported versions of Meridio releases. Both Mainstream Support and Extended Support require the latest service release be installed to continue to receive support. From Meridio 5.1, service releases are indicated by a 3-digit version number, e.g. 5.1.1.

When a service release is made available, Meridio will provide a minimum of 12 months support for the previous service pack (or base release if no previous service release exists). When support for a version ends, support of the service releases for that version also ends.
