Each Meridio release is supported for a specific set of versions of:
- Windows
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Office
- Exchange Server
- Live Communications Server
- Web browsers
- Web servers
- Third party products such as K2, Metastorm and Kofax Ascent Capture
We provide continued support for specific versions of each, in line with the general support policy of the respective vendors.
Platform Element Support
Support by Meridio is in line with the individual vendor's mainstream support policy - in the case of Microsoft this maps to their continued non-security related hotfix provision. Product lifecycle announcements from the respective vendors should be monitored for changes.
Note that once support for a particular platform element is dropped it is no longer supported for any version of Meridio. We cannot support older versions of the product that would have been originally certified for that platform element if we are unable to gain support from the respective vendor.
