Meridio Product Lifecycle Support Policy
The Meridio Product Lifecycle Support Policy defines our approach to withdrawal of support for non-current versions of Meridio and associated software (including operating systems, databases and integrated third party products). The information included here is intended to assist customers and partners with upgrade planning and related decisions.
Meridio retires non-current versions of the Meridio product family in order to provide maximum benefit to the majority of our customers. It is not practical to support all old versions of the product, and retirement decisions are taken in line with the Version Retirement Policy.
In addition, Meridio withdraws support for old versions of Windows, SQL Server, Microsoft Office and other third party products (collectively referred to as the Platform) in line with the general support position of the respective vendor. This is covered in the Platform Retirement Policy.
Retirement decisions and notification of retirement for Meridio versions and platforms are published on the Meridio public website.
Extended Support is available for retired versions of Meridio
or platforms. For more information please contact your Meridio sales representative.

withdraws support for a certain support pack on one of their products, we will generally withdraw support on the same date.
