Developer Support offers assistance to partners and consultants worldwide in designing and implementing solutions
around the Meridio document and records management products.
Meridio Developer Support gives you true developer-to-developer support. It allows you to put your solution
developers in direct contact with Meridio’s consultants and developers, giving you first-hand access to unparalleled levels of
knowledge and experience.
While Meridio Developer Support is geared at making solution development as easy and efficient as possible, it is not
intended to provide consultancy on overall design and layout of applications or be a substitute for Meridio Developer training.
Support Packs
Meridio Developer Support is purchased in blocks of days, administered by us as calls are placed. Each incident has
a minimum call off cost of two hours.
Incident Submission and Tracking
Submission of problems to the Developer Support service can be by email, via the web or by telephone. Once the
request is received, a tracking number and support engineer will be assigned. An email response or telephone call-back to an
incident will normally be made within one working day. Responses by Meridio engineers will generally be via email, but may include
phone calls, depending on the needs of the incident.
