Capture and Indexing

Autonomy Records Management provides a full range of options for the capture of business information in any format at any point in its lifecycle. Documents can be capture directly from standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint. The capture process can be manually controlled or automated using Autonomy’s Enterprise Data Capture. During the process of capture documents can be automatically categorised and indexed in the corporate fileplan. Corporate policy for retention and disposition can be applied.
