Using Autonomy’s advanced Enterprise Data Capture the process of records identification can be fully automated.  Storage costs are minimized through the automatic identification of duplicate and near duplicate content. The solution supports asynchronous transfer to the Autonomy Record store in background mode ensuring no system degradation on live applications.

By using Records Management in conjunction with other Autonomy modules, Autonomy Records Management can be extended to provide full enterprise-level Information Governance.  For instance, using Aungate Legal Hold, information under legal hold will not be inadvertently disposed.
