Meridio makes complying with corporate records management policies easy with access from a wide range of ready-to-use client interfaces:
- Meridio for SharePoint brings Records Management capability and massive scalability to Microsoft’s portal. This provides the functionality to declare records through the SharePoint interface, access to the Meridio Fileplan from SharePoint web parts, and integrated searching across multiple repositories including the corporate records stored in Meridio. In addition, a Document Workspace may be created to facilitate collaboration on a Meridio document.
- Meridio for Microsoft Outlook provides uniquely close integration of Meridio capabilities with the Microsoft Outlook environment. For example, this permits drag and drop of emails and attachments between mailboxes and Meridio, and drag and drop of documents between file systems and Meridio. This functionality is available when working remotely and disconnected from the network.
- Meridio for Desktop Applications allows the facilities of Meridio to be accessed directly from ODMA (Open Document Management API) compliant applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Integration is also provided for other desktop applications that do not support ODMA, such as Microsoft Excel. The Meridio Drop Zone is provided with this client, allowing drag and drop of documents from file systems to Meridio via an icon on the Windows desktop.
- Meridio for Web Browsers is a web server interface that allows full access to Meridio facilities from a standard web browser. There is no requirement to install any Meridio client software or browser plug-ins on the client PC. This is an ASP .NET web user interface which means that it can offer right-click context menus and user-defined views. This client allows Records Managers to perform administrative operations such as fileplan configuration and maintenance.
- Meridio for Kofax Ascent Capture adds a Meridio Release queue to the standard Ascent Capture scan processes. This automatically stores scanned images in Meridio, along with their indexing information and an optional OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or PDF text rendition.
- Meridio Administration is used by system administrators to configure custom metadata definitions, security settings, scheduled tasks such as backup and content indexing, and various other administrative settings.
- Meridio Import-Export provides import of fileplans from the Windows file system or from XML definition files. It also provides export of folders, parts and records according to export schedules.
- Meridio Enterprise Reporting with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services provides out-of-the-box management reports, plus adds a secure user-friendly custom reporting interface, which is accessible from Meridio standard clients.
- SAP Archivelink certified integration allows SAP documents to be archived into Meridio and managed alongside other corporate records in the Meridio repository.
