	BioPAD
	In pursuit of BioPAD’s vision to be a cutting-edge research hub and its mission to efficiently and effectively broker partnerships between many different stakeholders with disparate concerns, a clear need was identified for order and structure in the management of the organization’s information through an enterprise-wide knowledge management system. Intervate was chosen as the preferred partner to assist BioPAD with the selection and implementation of the best technology platform and solution that would meet the needs of the organization. After a comprehensive analysis of BioPAD’s requirements, Intervate recommended Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server® 2003 with Meridio® 4.4 records management software and Kofax Ascent for document capture. BioPAD is a Biotechnology Regional Innovation Centre established by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), based in Pretoria, South Africa. 	Galam Group
	Galam recognized the importance of exercising control over all the business documents and records being produced and received within the business. This was a basic need for their knowledge management solution across the organization. They had a legacy document management and workflow system, but it was more than a decade old and based on old technology which was expensive to maintain and up date. Meridio was able to provide Galam with a modern eDRM system that is integrated with their desktop application such as Microsoft Outlook, Explorer and Exchange, reducing their support and on-going maintenance costs. 	Hrvatska radiotelevizija (HRT)
	INDOK, a department of HRT, needed to replace its outdated system to enable greater efficiency and accessibility in-house. The Meridio eDRM system, running on the Microsoft® .NET Framework, was chosen for its ease of use and ability to support multiple interfaces. HRT is the National Radio and Television Corporation of the Republic of Croatia. HRT owns the largest national multimedia archive, consisting of many media formats, including outdated recording technologies. 	The U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces (PACAF)
	Organizations are seeking new ways to use new technologies that combine collaboration, workflow and enterprise document and records management to ensure that information is shared securely and accurately. As part of its operations, PACAF collects a substantial amount of visual information such as photographs and video from all over the world that must be processed and reviewed for internal and external distribution.
