Meridio was established as a private company in 2001 with the intention of rapidly building a
global technology company focused on enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) solutions for Microsoft

The Meridio application has been designed from the beginning to be an extension to the
Microsoft infrastructure and adds a compliant, enterprise-scalable document and records management layer to Microsoft
Office System. This solution extends Microsoft collaboration technologies to provide standards-based solutions (e.g.
The National Archives TNA 2002 (UK), DoD 5015.2 (US)), email management/archive and true enterprise scalability for

Does Meridio meet the eDRM standards set by the UK and US governments? |

Meridio was designed from the outset to meet both UK and US government standards, The National
Archives (TNA) RM Standards and DoD 5015.2 standards. Meridio was tested and approved to the TNA standard in November
2003 and again in July 2004 with Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server. Meridio was tested and approved against the DoD
5015.2 standard in July 2004.

How can I get a supported Meridio implementation? |

Meridio looks like another Microsoft server product and is available through the whole Microsoft
channel. Meridio works with many leading systems integrators (SI) and software resellers. Users can therefore decide
which SI is most appropriate to their needs and Meridio will work through them.
